Digital products

All products sold through Treasures in Scripture are digital products supplied as downloadable ebooks or PDF files. No physical product will be delivered unless expressly stated on the product page.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. Digital files cannot be physically returned, and access cannot be withdrawn after delivery.

Please review the product description, language, format, compatibility requirements and other information carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations before downloading

A cancellation request may be considered when:

• The download link has not been accessed;
• The digital file has not been downloaded; and
• The request is submitted promptly after purchase.

Approval remains subject to confirming that the file has not been accessed or downloaded.

Faulty or incorrect files

The no-refund rule does not affect your rights where:

• You received the wrong product;
• The supplied file is corrupted or cannot be opened;
• The download link does not work;
• You were charged more than once for the same order; or
• The product differs materially from its description.

Please contact us within seven days of purchase and provide your order number, the email address used during checkout and a description or screenshot of the problem.

We will first attempt to replace the file, restore access or provide a working download link. Where we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable period, an appropriate refund may be issued.

Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device has suitable software for opening the advertised file format. A refund will generally not be issued because a customer’s device or software does not support a correctly supplied and clearly described PDF or ebook file.

Change-of-mind purchases

Refunds will not be provided after downloading for:

• Accidental purchases;
• A change of mind;
• Failure to read the product description;
• Purchasing the incorrect language or format; or
• Deciding that the content is no longer required.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
